Question: What are the shipping rates for orders?

Answer: Shipping rates vary on the size, weight, location & type of method selected. Once you enter the checkout process, you'll be asked to select one of the available shipping methods, before payment is made.


Question: Why have I been charged more than I thought?

Answer: All prices are shown & charged in Pound Sterling. Therefore, purchases outside of the UK will incur the exchange rate difference. Prices are displayed (in Pound Sterling) prior to payment being made. You may use http://www.xe.com/ for an estimate of the exchange rates.


Question: How can I add more items to my order?

Answer: Unfortunately, at the present moment there is no way to edit an order. This is due to the shipping calculations & payment being debited upon purchase.

 

Question: How can I cancel an existing order?

Answer: Unless DSR related, as long as your order has not been submitted to the warehouse OR dispatched, you can email us requesting your cancellation. If your order has been processed by the warehouse or dispatched, you can refuse to accept the order & it'll be return back to us. Once received a refund will be processed.

 

Question: How do I return a product or order?

Answer: Simply send us an email & we'll process a returns label for you. However, please be advised that we nor our fulfilment agent cover the cost of returns. Products/Orders remain your responsibility until they reach us. We would advise using recorded mail services, to ensure that you can track the return.

 

Question: How can I track my order?

Answer: Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification, this will contain your tracking information.
If your unable to track your order with your reference number, please let us know & we will review the issue further.
